This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how products and services from Jodhanasoft Digital Solutions Private Limited ("JDS Connect", "we", "us") are delivered to customers.
JDS Connect provides software and online services only (such as Nidhi, NBFC / Microfinance, Cooperative, Section 8, Billing, Invoice, HR, Payroll, eMitra, Email and WhatsApp marketing software). We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Accordingly, no physical shipping is involved and no shipping or courier charges apply.
After your order is placed and payment is successfully received and verified, your product is delivered electronically through one or more of the following:
Delivery is considered complete once access credentials or the activation/download details have been sent to your registered email or mobile number. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of purchase.
If you have completed payment but have not received access within the applicable timeline, please contact us at jodhanasoft2025@gmail.com with your order/invoice details. We will resolve genuine non-delivery issues on priority. Refund eligibility in such cases is covered under our Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy.
